The trainer Andreas Luy, born in 1972, is a certified sales trainer and coach (QRC) with over 25 years of practical experience in sales, marketing and management roles – from operational field service to executive management. His motto ‘Sales leads, leadership drives, success grows.’ represents his approach of combining entrepreneurial clarity, measurable results and human effectiveness.
After completing his vocational training as an industrial clerk and studying business administration, his career path led him to key roles in key account management (B2B & B2C) and ultimately to the management of international FMCG and confectionery companies. Most recently, Andreas Luy was Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for several companies.
This experience continues to shape his work today: Andreas Luy combines strategic thinking with consistent operational implementation, he is familiar with the pressures of negotiation, conflicting goals and the realities of competition from his own experience, and he knows which strategies and measures have proven themselves in practice. His actions are characterised by diplomacy, empathy and humanity. At the same time, he stands for clear decisions, a focus on results and effective leadership, especially in challenging situations involving change and competition.
