Maximilian Delkeskamp

Following his studies in Germany and Canada, Maximilian Delkeskamp gained his first professional experience as Interim Assistant Manager at a worldwide operating, non-profit organisation. After his trainer qualification, he founded his first company and took on the German representation of the training division of a US American foundation, operating in the field of personality development. It is here he achieved his first sales results and he swiftly succeeded in further developing his sales abilities. Today, he knows that sales achievements are neither through luck nor talent. They can be planned and, above all, learnt. In addition, he was co-creator of the induction and training processes of new sales staff at a representative office of a leading German financial services provider.
Throughout his career as trainer, coach, and speaker, he continuously searches for new ways of structuring the mediation of knowledge and abilities in a more attractive, interactive, and effective fashion. By means of various further training courses in the field of personality development and communication, including speaker training, he has documented that lifelong learning is the basis for successful work with his participants in the training room and during coaching sessions.
