In the course ‘Develop Decision-Making Competence’, participants learn skills and strategies with which to make well-founded and effective decisions. In the process, they explore various aspects of decision-making, from analysing information and evaluating options to implementing and assessing the decisions that have been made. The insights gained are directly applied and deepened in practical exercises and case studies. At the end of the course, participants will be able to better manage complex situations, make clear decisions, and evaluate their impact.
