His focus is on neurocommunication, cross-selling and upselling, and change management. As a certified Agile Coach, he supports teams in quickly finding their feet in new environments, applying agile methods in a targeted manner and responding flexibly to changing market conditions.
Hendrik Hartz international experience includes successful training and coaching projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has led sales staff and managers from a wide range of industries – from consumer electronics and insurance to automotive, pharmaceuticals and financial services to construction and mechanical engineering – to sustainable success.
