IWP Factory Partner Meeting 2025

At this year’s IWP Factory Partner Meeting 2025 on 6th October 2025 in Bremen, everything revolved around the future of learning. Together with our training partners, we engaged in an intensive exchange about the changes in the continuing education landscape. We examined both the perspective of learners and that of trainers.

A key topic was the shift in the role of trainers towards that of learning facilitators. Discussions focused on how trainers can make learning processes even more individualised, practical and sustainable in the future, particularly through the use of new learning technologies and AI-supported tools.

A particular highlight of the meeting was the live testing of our AI coach Mira. Mira and her team enable realistic simulations of sales, management and communication situations and integrate seamlessly into existing training concepts as digital learning partners. The enthusiasm of our trainers clearly showed that artificial intelligence enriches the learning journey.
