Leadership development as a best practice: IWP project featured in the 2026 Yearbook
We are delighted to have received yet another special accolade: our joint executive development project with Harry-Brot has been published in the eLearning & Knowledge Management Yearbook 2026.
Under the title “L&D Strategies and Best Practice for e-Learning Ecosystems – The Best Projects of the Year”, the yearbook showcases selected projects that demonstrate innovative and effective approaches to learning and development in organisations.
For us, this publication is more than just a nice gesture of recognition. It confirms our belief that continuing professional development should not be seen as a one-off training initiative, but as a process that empowers people to apply new skills in their day-to-day work in the long term.
In collaboration with Harry-Brot, a project has been developed that demonstrates how blended learning, a practical approach and consistent application can contribute to effective leadership development.
We are proud that this project has been included in the Best Practice Collection of the 2026 eLearning & Knowledge Management Yearbook.
