Key details of this training course
In this course you will intensively learn the impact mechanisms of good and purposeful communication. Communication is not an end in itself, but an important tool to maintain control in the most diverse situations of human interaction and thus to shape them. The formula is simple: good communication = good results. On the basis of validated communication models and techniques, we specifically analyse the participants’ communication patterns and optimise them in a sustainable way.
