Effective Communication for Trainees

Whenever two people meet, they will communicate. Whether in person, on the phone, in a video conference, or non-verbally, no one can ever NOT communicate. This makes it all the more important to train trainees in good and effective communication in order to create a good collegial atmosphere in the company, but also for how they are perceived by customers and in their interactions with each other. The aim of this course is not only to understand new and better methods of targeted communication, but also to open the trainees’ eyes and ears to their surroundings.
