In this course, participants build on the knowledge gained in the course “Basics of Communication” and train more advanced and additional communication techniques. The focus is on implementation in a wide variety of dialogue situations. In a practice-oriented manner, they learn to use the models and techniques professionally, confidently, and purposefully.
