The Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik has been included several times on the international Watchlist Sales Training & Enablement by the American organisation Training Industry. This honours the Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik as a provider with aspiring and unique strengths in the sales training sector. The skills, experience and expertise of the providers are particularly decisive. Above all, our unique selection of tools, topics, and technologies, with which the learning experience is individually adapted and optimised for the participants, is rated particularly positively by Training Industry.
eLearning Award 2026
Blended learning for effective leadership
Outstanding leadership development that delivers results: In collaboration with the Harry-Brot Group, the IWP has developed a blended learning programme that consistently combines learning with practical application. Digital learning modules, virtual classrooms, face-to-face training sessions and supporting coaching work in tandem to help managers reflect on specific challenges from their day-to-day work and put their learnings directly into practice.
The eLearning AWARD 2026 in the Blended Learning – Focus on Managers category thus recognises an approach that goes beyond the mere transfer of knowledge: the focus is on how learning actually makes an impact in day-to-day management and enables change.

Best Sales Training
Our project “Combined Training of Sales and Product Skills via Blended Learning” has been credited with the eLearning AWARD 2022 in the category Sales Training by the expert panel of the eLearning Journal. Together with the Westcon Group, a training programme was developed to teach participants both the sales psychology and the technical aspects of a newly launched Westcon product.

What matters to us is the successfully concluded project and the success of our customers. For this very reason, we are proud that our training approach has been honoured several times by an international panel of judges made up of training experts and users. In 2007, 2009 and 2012 we received the International German Training Award, now the European Award for Training, Consulting and Coaching, in bronze. This proves that, as a service provider, the Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik lives up to the highest standards.
